This is a 1 (graded dirt road)

My Take:
This is a lot nicer ride then Phantom Canyon Rd, a lot less traffic. I think the sign for 4x4 only and rough road scares them, it is far from the truth. Road is pretty much smooth and easy to take. To put it in prospective I would take my car down this road with less worries then I would on Mt Herman Rd (I drive a Ford Focus). However lets not let that secret out.
